The system is created to help SQL Server Database Administration (Enterprise & System DBA) and Operations (Operation DBA) to success in governance, administrations and operations. It will hopefully also help business development with system development and governance. The documentation of this project is in four major documents. The documentation structure is inspired by ITIL and is using ITIL terms.
