this was living on my PC for a bit and wanted to let it loose so here it is
Adds time formatting to messages through a new placeholder, respectfully:
<time-formatted>instead of<time>forError.onCooldown<lifetime-formatted>instead of<lifetime>forInfo.tpaRequestHere,Info.requestSent, andInfo.tpaRequestReceived<countdown-formatted>instead of<countdown>forTeleport.eventBeforeTPandTeleport.eventBeforeTPMovementAllowedPrior placeholders are still kept for version parity, since the transition to the formatted timestamps is not automatic, nor do I plan on making it such.
