AntiAfkKick 2.0 (ACT & Standalone)

To ensure uninterruptable Endwalker experience, I have updated standalone and ACT versions of AntiAfkKick.

Changes include:

• More reliable methods to find FFXIV windows;
• Support for multiple FFXIV instances running;
• Support for systems with more than 25 days uptime.

Caveats:

• When using controller, standalone or ACT versions may not work if you are game active and you're away. If this is the case, please alt-tab to some other window when going away. This is Windows or drivers bug, more about it: https://github.com/xaviergmail/DiscordNotificationDebug
