I would like to see a button up on the menu bar "UNINSTALL"

When selected, it opens a dialog box explaining the directories that will be removed if the user selects "Yes".

If the user selects yes, it will write a batch file to start this batch file: https://github.com/Nikolai558/NASR2SCT/blob/development/UNINSTAL_NASR2SCT.bat

HOT FIX - Chart Recall Links

## Change log:
- Now Display the Output Directory #73
- Uninstall Button ( WORK IN PROGRESS - NOT FUNCTIONAL YET)
- Fixed Chart Recall Commands
    - The AIRAC Cycle was Hardcoded in for debugging purposes. Correct Chart Recall Link is now exported.
- When an Update is available, and the user selects "yes", a message will be displayed telling the user the update is processing.
