OS: OSX
App v1.0

By default App log level is set to maximum verbosity. To change to ERROR level.

Debug log refactor

Allow to set debug log level on application start.
Set default log level to error (0). Log exception messages.
Remove experimental mark on log level setting.
Fixes #244
