Compile and Install Maui Shell

To compile Maui Shell, you must have installed the latest Maui Manager, MauiKit, MauiKit FileBrowsing, MauiKit Calendar, and Cask Server in your system. Depending on your distribution, this may mean that it's available out-of-the-box or is installable from the distribution repository or an external repository like the AUR.
