FWIW I think it's fine to package ko v0.13.0 in wolfi and nixpkgs even if we decide to cut v0.13.1 to fix the image signing issue. The ko source and binary are both good to go, it's only the image artifact that should be materially different, and neither wolfi nor nixpkgs care about that.
