Perhaps the versions aren't right.

The versions should be correct, but it appears that ftp.math.utah.edu hasn't fully synced yet (2 days after the directory appeared on the primary tug server). It will probably work soon, all the other mirrors listed on https://www.tug.org/historic/ have the snapshot. If it turns out that ftp.math.utah.edu doesn't sync, we might want to switch to (or add) another mirror.

Of course we forgot to change extraVersion at the bottom of default.nix. Right now texlive's version is stuck at the snapshot day (even though the packages are from final). Let's not change this now, of course, not while Po4a depends on texlive.
