pacman: fix changelog link

Description of changes

in #293214 mkDerivation went from taking a recursive set to a lambda (final: ...). The changelog previously used the version from the rec set, which got moved to final.version. This left changelog to slighly switch from using the version of the package to the version of lib (lib.version)

• Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
