Add test links

Motivation for this change

First batch of adding test links as per #44439. The timeouts computed here are coherent with the only pre-existing timeout for the opensmtpd, ie. 2x the time the test takes to run on my computer.

Things done

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS)
• Built on platform(s)
  • NixOS

  • other Linux distributions
• Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nox --run "nox-review wip"
• Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
• Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
• Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Closing this, as changes in the affected packages would require basically a full rewrite of this PR before landing it.

Anyone coming upon this, feel free to take over what this was doing and/or do other programs that already have nixosTests, I'd be happy if you could turn this into something useful :)
