Run pip install -r requirements.txt or pip3 install -r requirements.txt as per your system
Now, create .env file in your local directory with 'API_KEY' variable set to your tomtom key.

Run from your terminal

python3 horn_violations.py
Two APIs @ http://localhost:5000 and http://localhost:5000/csv
