We have a false negative in our tests now and then (see this one for example). To investigate it, I added some logs to Hardhat's provider initialization function, but I forgot an
awaitand that made the logs pretty useless.This PR upgrades Hardhat and adds a pnpm patch that adds the proper await. We can remove this patch after NomicFoundation/hardhat#5664 is merged and released.
