Fix spelling and grammar in documentation

• Fix spelling: "contructor" → "constructor" in hardhat-verify/CHANGELOG.md
• Add missing "is" in Node.js version check sentence in setting-up-the-environment.md

These changes improve documentation clarity and fix technical terminology.
