Release_2.15.5

This release adds many changes. Some of which are:

• Ability to format ED floppy images;
• Image files will be created if they don't exist (when formatted of course!)
• Windows compilation now works;
• Windows users get to use the '/' as well as the '-' for option flags;
• And lots more!
