Command-Application.v0.2.0-alpha

There will still be new versions released and updates. But here is the normal package without any code.

Notes:

→ Untested memory/CPU usage (if too big of matrix, it may cause some lag)
→ Probably very buggy
→ No way to output to a file or to another program (maybe added in the future)
