One topic I'd like to add to the agenda if nothing else is there would be the following:
How can we make the list of issues clearer to navigate so people who want to contribute can navigate it easily?

Here are a couple of suggestions:

  • Let's automate closing the weekly meeting issues (this one) a week after the meeting.
  • Let's automate a "needs author feedback", "no recent activity", "needs attention", and closing workflow for issues that are not followed up by users (and let's do initial tagging of currently issues).
  • Let's tag the issues where work is clearly defined with "help wanted".

Support and no objections to implementing a GitHub action that will automate the closing of stale issues based on a tag being assigned that suggests more input is required from the issue author. @baywet to propose an implementation.
