Elucidation: a quality is a specifically dependent continuant that, in contrast to roles and dispositions, does not require any further process in order to be realized.

The root term of PATO is quality (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/PATO_0000001)
Definition: A dependent entity that inheres in a bearer by virtue of how the bearer is related to other entities

How can we align PATO one with BFO? Besides, two terms with same label are confusing.

one possibility is to have QoO and QoP as separate classes in core, with no grouping class. This seems a bit unsatisfactory, and see also #37
