* Latest Mill no longer supports old sbt source layout, use Mill source layout instead * We used chisel3.simulator.Simulator, which was introduced in chisel 5.0.0, so we don't support Chisel 3 anymore * Remove unuesd ChiselTest dependency Signed-off-by: unlsycn <unlsycn@unlsycn.com>
