The grid files allow converting from ETRF2000-PL (EPSG:9701) to: * EVRF2007-PL height (EPSG:9651) using pl_gugik_geoid2011-PL-EVRF2007-NH.tif * Baltic 1968 height (EPSG:9650) using pl_gugik_geoid2011-PL-KRON86-NH.tif The grid files were generated using the build.sh script.
