If you need to have the job run on demand before the schedule, you can always go in the actions tab, find the workflow on the side, then in the blue message bar you can select to run workflow. https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/manually-running-a-workflow |

Fixes the
Periodic updateworkflow's cron settings to run the first Wednesday every month.This also removes the setting of labels for the update PRs created by the bot.
