During the community meeting, I tried to make it pass. The old version of Pylint we used didn't support later Python versions, like Python 3.12, since some parts were removed. However, I wasn't able to have a version of Pylint that still didn't complain too much about our codebase without disabling too much. Even our config file wasn't supported, too much deprecated and removed parts. But only later versions of Pylint support later versions of Python. That was where we were at.
