This pull request updates the fee price calculation in the
RefinanceSwapSectionandRefinanceWhatsChangingStepcomponents. It replaces the previous calculation with a new functiongetTokenUsdPricethat retrieves the USD price of a token. This ensures more robust fee price calculation.
