Set absolute value of nodes (incl. inner update / pruning) instead of relative change, e.g. to set nodes to be at the "free" threshold.

New function setNodeValue(...) to directly set a node's value

instead of incremental update (change). Also updates inner nodes
and prunes. Fixes issue #31.
