Destination reminder - Vibration not working

Summary:

After setting a destination reminder and when getting the "Get ready" and "Exit at the next stop" reminders, the phone should vibrate. It's not currently vibrating.

Steps to reproduce:

On the trip status screen:

1. Long press on stop you want to set destination reminder for
2. Take the trip towards your destination

Expected behavior:

Vibrate when it gives notifications to "Get ready" and "Exit at the next stop"

Observed behavior:

No vibration happens

Device and Android version:

Samsung Galaxy S8+ w/ Android 9.0, Google Pixel 2 w/ Android 9
