Update Gradle to 7.2 (the latest stable release)

To close #10517

Thanks for the review. I obtained these values/files from https://github.com/gradle/gradle/tree/v7.2.0/gradle/wrapper and https://github.com/gradle/gradle/tree/v7.2.0 as part of this release: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/releases/tag/v7.2.0

Looks like some files are not updated as part of the release. I'll check again later and update accordingly.
