Screen download should use better name

The screen download button downloads the screen as TARGET_SCREEN.txt. Screens must be lowercase so it should instead just be screen.txt. This was done for clarification about the containing target but it doesn't allow for easy edit and upload. It is up to the user to differentiate between same name screens from different targets.
