Update the regression test baseline solutions (#11)

This updates the baseline solutions for all three supported platforms. The BeamDyn-specific regression test solutions have been corrected and updated. The OpenFAST regression test solutions have simply been updated. Please see the associated OpenFAST pull request for more information: OpenFAST/openfast#114
