There are two issues:

toolchain addr is changed from https://github.com/OpenIPC/firmware/releases/download/toolchain/toolchain to https://github.com/OpenIPC/firmware/releases/download/toolchain
toolchain name is changed form sigmastar-infinity6b0 to toolchain.sigmastar-infinity6b0`
