i added another dataset. i'm going to update the questions in chapter 21 that use
climate70. the new dataset isus_tempand has the benefit of including the weather station locations. it's also all the days (well, all the days that aren't missing) instead of summary statistics.also, i tried to address source of two issues on this repo.
