  • Added a LICENSE file using the Apache 2.0 license.
  • The license is consistent with the licensing used in the PySyft project within the same organization.
  • Ensures clarity and alignment on licensing terms across related projects.

This change promotes uniformity and legal transparency for contributors and users.

One thing I'm not sure if there're files which are licensed differently, like cpython tests

Unfortunately, I can't add labels to this PR, probably it should be Documentation, as for tests, I don't think those are relevant this scope

@uncleDecart thanks for the PR, we prefer MIT, is it possible you can change it to that?

- Added a LICENSE file using the MIT license.
