Worth pointing out that this does nothing for the testrpc-sc project, so I suspect that CI run will fail... I think @cgewecke is planning on updating that now that the non-coverage case is passing? |

Yes, that's correct. Coverage should also be running 6.0.1 by Monday. @frangio I will open a separate PR when it's ready unless you have another preference. It will just be a version bump. |

Given that TestRPC now supports all the latest Byzantium fanciness, I thought it might be nice if this test suite was updated to make use of it.
