Fresh Install of 1.10 Showing Missing Dependencies for Modules

Probably just an oversight in updating the Module.txt dependencies, but a fresh install of Orchard 1.10 shows missing dependencies for a few modules. Orchard.Rules has been deprecated for awhile and Orchard.TaskLease was deprecated in this version. See attachment.

Two issues here:

• The release file doesn't contain the deprecated modules, I will just update the file, the source code should still work
• These modules should reference the new modules, like DistributedLock, which will have to be part of 1.10.1

I have updated the Orchard.Web.zip file and added some information on the release page about it.
