Adapt datahierarchy tool to use sqlite backend

As part of transitioning of database from Couch-db to SQLite, data hierarchy needs to be adapted to have the sq-lite back-end be used.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adapt the ~pasta_eln/GUI/data_hierarchy/data_hierarchy_editor_dialog.py file to adapt the database operations to SQLite.
