Corrected commands for power on and power off instead of toggle
Cleanup and removal of support for getState, code to get state from mymeo had to much requirements to work, this version doesn't support that anymore. Hopefully one day will find a way to do it via telnet.
Refactor to typescript and based on the homebridge examples
