Smarter Menus, 3 new apps, and some German language support

v3.1.2

What's New:
 - Modified Visual Editor flow
   - Change in family requires enforces change in device
   - Empty device name truncates options until supplied
   - Removed compatibility mode menu where un-needed
 - App launcher for Downloader
 - App Launcher for YouTube ReVanced (closes #262)
 - App Launcher for Joyn (closes #234)
 - German language support for Visual Editor (closes #264)
- This does not yet translate Apple app names; unsure if that is
needed
 - Unlocked Xiaomi Remote Style 1 for use with Xiaomi TV Stick 4K

What's Changed:
