Looks good. I thought this had been fixed, but it seems it went into one of those large VTOL cleanup PRs that was never merged. |

fw position control module did not update the vehicle type parameter and the transition airspeed parameter
remove fixed thrust handling during transition, let mc pos controller handle thrust (will iterate when we start doing flight tests)
