Changes: - CSV files now stored on memory to ensure that in the case another user deletes a CSV file when another is emailing it is safe. - Add and remove CSV files from browser, you can still upload to server directory from the server. Note: Currently CSV files with the same name will overwrite ones on disk with the same name, I will address this when I get more time.
