typenow

Typenow is a simple terminal-based typing practice program.

Installation

Just run the command

• pipx install git+https://github.com/PaddeCraft/typenow to install with pipx
• pip install git+https://github.com/PaddeCraft/typenow to install with pip

Usage

The program is started using the command typenow <file>, where file is a valid text file.

While in a session, press

• ^C to exit
• ^P to pause

You don't need to use the backspace key to correct mistakes, but you can if you want to.
