The best way to keep the developers up to date with found bugs or wanted features and receive support on it is with the GitHub issues system, you can create a new one here, do make sure when doing so that you do follow the support disclaimer.
Here are some rules which you will need to follow to make it easier for the developers to help you out:
- Use your common sense.
- It is recommended that you use the latest available version of the app (currently 0.8), 0.7 and lower is deprecated.
- Don't make GitHub issues regarding third party extensions, those won't get any support here and will get closed (instead contact the extension developer).
- Make sure your issue hasn't been answered in the troubleshooting FAQs or the #help-desk channel on the official Discord.
- Check the issue tracker to make sure you don't make any duplicates.
- Make sure that all the info you provide is accurate, if this isn't the case then the developers won't be able to help you and your issue will be closed.
- Understand that fixing bugs and adding new features may take some time.
