Web service template plugin for Moodle 2.X
------------------------------------------

It is a template designed as a starting point for developing third party web services.
It includes a simple Hello World example.

To test:
1- install the plugin in /local/wstemplate/
2- Read, setup and run /local/wstemplate/client/client.php
