This allows developers to conveniently run this starter kit in the "cloud" (where cloud == Nitrous).

  • What is the current behavior?

N/A.

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

I've added a button to the readme that users can click to create an Ubuntu-powered development environment with the angular2-webpack-starter repository cloned and with its dependencies setup.

  • Other information:

I'm featuring angular2-webpack-starter on this page because it's a great use case for Nitrous.

Made some tweaks so that the app is accessible over the Internet by
listening on 0.0.0.0.
