Made some tweaks so that the app is accessible over the Internet by listening on 0.0.0.0.

I've added a button to the readme that users can click to create an Ubuntu-powered development environment with the angular2-webpack-starter repository cloned and with its dependencies setup.
I'm featuring angular2-webpack-starter on this page because it's a great use case for Nitrous.
