Prerelease Release 0.2.4.x

I'm marking this point as v0.2.4 because moving forward the .lcb code will need to be compiled with LiveCode v.9.6dp3 or higher, and I plan to concentrate on directly enabling CoreMIDI input which will be the 1.0 release. As something of a roadmap, perhaps from the 1.x - 2.x, possibly support MIDI Thru Transforms, MIDI SysEx, Network-MIDI, MIDICI (MIDI 2.0), MusicSequence, etc.
