Prepare for 1.0.0rc1 release

Changes proposed in this pull request

• Add CITATION.cff file.
• Remove .zenodo.json.
• Add changelog.
• Consistently use QSIRecon, not QSIRecon or qsirecon or qsirecon, to refer to the package in the documentation.
