Perl seems to build fine without this patch to the PowerMAX hints file, but
later some modules fail because sys_nerr isn't defined, so this forces the
sys_nerr symbol to be linked into the main a.out file.

This patch is against perl5.005_03, but it should apply equally well
to the development version of perl.
