volumio2-RC1 modified digi driver for dual clock source

volumio2-RC1 with modified hifiberry-digi driver for dual clock source of Pi2Design csb503spd2.

Updated /lib/modules/4.1.19[-v7]+/kernel/sound/soc/bcm/snd-soc-hifiberry-digi.ko built from modified source on this project to allow for use of 24.576 and 22.5792 oscillator input. Uses Raspberry Pi B+/2/3 GPIOs 5,6,13 on 40-pin connector pins 29,31,33 for control of oscillator source.

Instructions:
download modified-volumio-RC1.img.zip
unzip
flash image to sdcard
boot volumio - it will go through its normal creation of factory image and resizing
access web UI at IP or volumio.local
change "settings->playback options" to the following:
Output device: Hifiberry DAC
I2S DAC: On
DAC Model: Hifiberry DIGI
click save
you will be prompted to restart -- click restart

NOTE: for pi3 you must add the line "dtoverlay=pi3-disable-bt" to /boot/config.txt as workaround for pi3 white noise issue as described here:
