1.4.9 release for UE 4.26

  • Fix #75 On Changeset List for Diffing Blueprints, all are dated "Dec 31, 1". At some point Plastic SCM switched to standard ISO date format
  • #84 Don't report a warning when a file is locked from KristofMorva/log-lock-warning
