Expected Behavior

Bot goes directly to a nearby Pokestop [Note: In my config.json, I have move_to_spin set to true]

Actual Behavior

Bot zigzags and hovers a location for a few seconds up to a minute. If there is a nearby pokemon, then the bot attempts to catch the pokemon and it fixes [the zigzagging stops, and it goes to a different nearby PokeStop].
SOMETIMES, the bot actual gets to the Pokestop.

Then it encounters a pokemon and the zigzagging stops:

Steps to Reproduce

I think it's an issue with move_to_spin set to true, but I'll be happy to post my config.json details if needed. I simply started the bot and waited a while, and every few minutes the bot produces the zigzag mentioned above.

Currently, the Out-File PowerShell Cmdlet breaks config.ini by turning it into a Little Endian UTF-16 file, in turn breaking the script.
Replaced the Out-File Cmdlet with a python in-line replace of a file (I mean, we already have python, so why not make full use of it...?)
