The goal is to make an intro markdown file that quickly directs the user to the most relevant notebooks.
Add the new intro and installation markdown files. Adjust order of analysis notebooks.

This is a duplication of #49
I don't understand this, but these changes had been removed from the repo and there is no record of these commits in
main, even when the previous PR has been merged into main... a big GH mystery to me.
