PR Summary
Whenever I want to attach the debugger to a scriptanalyzer command that involves setting files, I have to manually copy the Settings folder into the bin folder. This will ease the process by marking the settings files as content and copying it to the bin folder.
In the future we should also refactor the code to expect the same directory structure for each ps version, which will also enable us later to get rid of the custom code that creates the module structure
