This is a PDF TO IMAGE Converter & PDF ENCRYPTER.
It uses ImageMagick extension for converting PDFs to images
and FPDF/FPDI for setting password to the pdf.
There were codes available all through the web but nothing really worked with my php version (7.2.10).
It works now!
